Many of us experience things and never really think about the stuff we do.
Looking at some old pics recently I realized I have not really recorded some of the great times I have had in Thailand

This was picture with the Thai queens Helicopter pilot.
The Queen came for a visit to Rattanaburi and they landed at the school I was working at.

This is a special memory for me.
I offered to teach the children in my village English for 10 baht
This was my first class.

One of the highlights from teaching was getting to plant at tree at the school with Por Or and the Surin Governor.
The tree has hopefully grown.

This one was a classic….being in the right place at the right time.
Surin had experienced flooding and the Army were called in to assist farmers save their rice crop.
Being a Mrs Jessup, i wandered down for a Gander and got asked by the Army if i wanted too help.

This was my first teachers day in Thailand. The young student here was famous on a tv show in Bangkok.
Her English was amazing.

The annual Boat race.
I got to join Team Pink for our village.
Great but very painful experience

One of my favorite school pics .
Every year the school did a parade through Rattanaburi.
All teachers had to march.
Great fun

This was a great moment.
Showing off some of the pineapples we grew

This was me at Krabi.
Went for a walk on the beach and the monkeys approached me and just decided to sit on me

This was my home for about 8 years.
This was not long after we had moved in.
Basically destroyed during the floods.

Song ran festival in Surin.
Me and my dad enjoying the festivities

This was a great comfort.
Without one you are only looking at a short stay Lol

Another one of favorite pictures.
This was my lantern floating away over the flooded rice fields in front of my home

I never enjoyed mowing the grass in Australia.
Here you just have a COW – AZAKI do it for you.
As you can see the downsides are someone has to pick up after it
