I bought a Schumann Resonator

A Schumann resonator is a device that generates low-frequency electromagnetic waves, typically at 7.83 Hz, aiming to replicate the Earth’s natural resonance (Schumann Resonance).
Primarily sold as “New Age” or wellness tools, they are marketed to improve sleep, reduce stress, enhance focus, and improve audio quality by creating a stable, harmonious environment. 

Someone here showed me this device and it seemed perfect for what I am interested in.
It should arrive in the next few days , I am pretty excited to test it out.
There is no doubt in my mind that anything that promotes healing from frequency really works, as I have personally experienced it.

Once it arrives and I have had a try, i will update here.

Well I have had it one day

Yesterday i set it to 7.83 hz and just left it on, the little LED flashing away.
This model didn’t come with any type of audio jack, came with a cable to plug into an oscilloscope.
Not likely to spend 4 x times the price for one of them.

I slept all night.
This is not something I usually experience especially with my prediabetes.
I usually wake about 3 times for a piss, so if this continues maybe i will be able to win the cortisol battle.
Today i have set it to 528 hz the frequency for cell regeneration.
Hoping this will clear up my heat rash.

Update on my resonator experience

I am sleeping so much better with the resonator set to 7.83.
I have tried different frequencies that the box suggests for various things, but i find i have dreadful sleeps again.
Thank goodness for the clips on TIK Tok that are talking about the Schumann resonance at the at the moment and the effects its having on people.
Five days ago i was ready to go to the hospital as i thought i might be having a stroke.
Problems with balance , ringing all night in a deaf ear .
Its quite frightening and your anxiety levels spike.
That is until you see online so many people are going through the same thing.
