Perfectly Located Accommodation in City Center of Rayong

Located in a perfect location in the heart of Rayong city, it’s just a 5-minute walk from Sukhumvit Road
I have lived here for the past 9 months and highly recommend it.
I stay in a 40 sq mtr room which has a kitchen.
There is usually a waiting list for rooms on the 8th floor so book ahead
There is a great restaurant downstairs
(don’t expect a full English breakfast) you are in Thailand remember.
The gym is located downstairs and is very popular.
The laundry is opposite the elevator and is very cheap.
Ask them for a basket .
If you drop your laundry off in the morning it will be returned to you the same day.
Once completed you will get a small receipt, take to reception to pay cash or scan.
The laundry charges by the item i believe.
Remember if your large basket of clothes cost you 150 baht
(REMEMBER ITS BAHT, NOT DOLLARS )
There is a laundromat nearby if you wish to do it yourself
